Subway Restaurants has launched a pilot program to 331 restaurants in Florida which would provide career readiness training and opportunities for employees to advance their education.
The program, which uses Penn Foster’s pioneering workforce development platform, offers employees in the pilot restaurants career readiness courses to develop in-demand soft skills, as well as the ability to advance their education through completion of their high school diploma.
